regard to proposed withdrawal of this
petition. When the matter was called
out, none has remained present nor any
claims have been received by the
advocates from any creditors or
contributories. In such circumstances
and when there is compliance with the
Rules, Company Petition is allowed to be
withdrawn and dismissed as such. No
orders as to costs. Ad-interim/interim
orders, if any, to stand vacated
forthwith.
