2. The petitioner seeks to amend their petition as
per the schedule annexed thereto. We do not find that
any prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the

proposed amendment is allowed. Therefore, the chamber
summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
Necessary amendments to be carried out within a period
of two weeks from today. Amended copy of the petition
be placed on record and copy thereof be furnished to
the other side.
