the parties that the dispute is initially between husband and wife, it will be appropriate if the dispute pertaining to the partnership assets be referred to the Mediator. Both the parties had agreed that the matter may be referred to the Mediator and I had suggested the name of Shri S.G. Deshmukh. Both the parties have accepted that the matter be referred to Shri S.G. Deshmukh. Accordingly matter is referred for mediation to Shri S.G. Deshmukh and the report to be submitted to this Court. Parties are directed to make an application after the report is submitted by the Mediator.
