An application is made to recall the order dated
27.3.2008. However, a similar application was made
earlier being Criminal Application No.259 of 2008 which
was dismissed. This application has been made to
restore the Criminal Application No.4042 of 2007 which
was dismissed on merits. Once the earlier application
was dismissed, there is no question of entertaining the
present application.
2. Criminal Application No.338 of 2008 stands
dismissed.
