offence and the circumstances in which the offence is allegedly committed I am of the view that the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
2. In the result, I direct that the applicant be released on bail on the condition that the applicant shall attend the Police station Sinnar, Dist. Nashik once a week in C.R. No. 130/08. The applicant shall furnish bail bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/with one surety in the like amount.
