 applicants-original accused, the learned advocate
 for the original complainant and the learned A.P.P.
 for the State.

 2. The applicants are seeking anticipatory bail in
 CR No.29 of 2007 registered at Hadapsar Police
 Station, Pune. The said case is mainly under
 Sections 498-A and 406 of IPC.

 3. The learned advocate for the complainant states
 that the matter has been amicably settled between

 the parties and they have filed consent terms
 before this Court in Revision Application No.140 of
 2008. In view of this fact, I am inclined to grant
 anticipatory bail to the applicants.

 4. In the event of arrest, each of applicant nos.1
 and 2 i.e. applicant no.1- Shrikant Gopalal Pittie
 and applicant no.2-Aditya Shrikant Pittie to be
 released on bail in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rs.ten
 thousand only) each with one or two sureties to
 make up the said amount.
