through jail praying for temporary bail. We are
informed by Ms. Kejariwal, learned APP that the
applicant was released on parole on 1/6/08, he was
to surrender to jail on 30/6/08 but he has not
surrendered till date. Letter sent by the
Superintendent of Kolhapur Central Prison,
Kolhapur, to the learned APP dated 27/7/08 to the

above effect is taken on record and marked "X".
2. In view of this, the application is rejected.
