in our court. She has brought with her, her son Devendra. On a query made by us, Rajni had told us that she is staying in Jaipur on her own volition. She states that she does not want to go to the petitioner. The son is a minor, aged about 4 years. The son is safe with the mother. In this habeas corpus petition, it is not possible for us to deal with other issues such as custody of minor child Devendra. For that, the petitioner will have to adopt appropriate legal remedy if he so desires. In our opinion, the petition has worked itself out and, hence, it is disposed of.
