1.This is letter received from learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Nagpur seeking one year's time to dispose of the suit. He has been granted six months' to dispose of the suit by initial order. In these six months except for entertaining applications for amendment and receiving affidavits regarding evidence of the plaintiff, nothing has taken place.
2.If any party adopts dilatory tactics the learned Civil Judge should come down heavily on such practice. He should not allow the controls of the proceedings in his Court to be taken over by unscrupulous parties.
