This petition is filed by the husband challenging the order passed by the Family Court refusing appointment of Marriage Councilor on the ground that the same had been tried on number of occasions but in vain. Having regard to the facts that the case was fixed for cross examination the application came to be rejected so that the matter can proceed further. Perused the impugned order. Same does not call for interference. Hence writ writ petition is summarily dismissed.
