2. The Petitioners and Respondent No.3 agree that
the petition is disposed of in so far as they are
concerned, in terms of the consent terms.
3. In the light of that, petition is made absolute

between the Petitioner and Respondent No.3 in terms
of the consent terms.
4. Petitioner No.7 has expired during the pendency
of the petition. His legal representatives have not
been brought on record. However, the Petitioners
and Respondent No.3 by consent, have agreed to pay
the legal entitlements of Petitioner No.7 to his
family in terms of the consent terms. The same is
accepted.
Petition stands disposed of accordingly. There
shall be no order as to costs.
