 be resolved in terms of letter of appointment dated
 10th July 2006. The learned counsel for petitioner
 makes a statement that the petitioner will report
 for duty, within one week. Statement of both
 parties is accepted and recorded, and petition is
 disposed off in terms of statements made on behalf
 of the parties.
