admission, Mr. Dube, learned counsel for the petitioner
stated that the petitioner had taken away papers and he
has no instructions. The petition was adjourned as a last
chance and the advocate was directed to inform the
petitioner about the said adjournment. Today, when the
petition is taken up for admission none appears on behalf
of the petitioner. Petition is dismissed for default.
