1. In this case, the petitioner No.1 had filed
complaint against petitioner No.2 and his family members
under Section 498A and 406 read with Section 34 of
I.P.C. The present petition is filed by both petitioner
No.1 as well as her husband stating therein that the
dispute has been resolved and she is not pressing the
complaint filed against petitioner No.2 and his family
members. The petitioner Nos.1 and 2 are personally
present in this Court.
2. In this view of the matter, in view of the joint
application made by the petitioners, the writ petition
is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
3. The writ petition stands disposed of with no
order as to costs.
