Mr. Bodake, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave
to withdraw this petition with a view to take appropriate steps in the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. The petition is challenging the recruitment process and non-selection of the petitioners when the Police Constables were selected by the State Government and the Police Commissioner, Solapur, in pursuance of the advertisement of May, 2006. Remedy is available to the petitioner to approach the Tribunal under Section 15 (1) (a) of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985. Mr. Bodake, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty

to take steps in the Tribunal. Allowed to be withdrawn with liberty. All contentions will be available.
