Heard Mr. Dangore, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Ahirkar, the learned Additional Central Government Standing Counsel for the respondent nos.2 to 4.
The counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to make a representation to the respondent no.2 for redressal of his grievance made in the petition within four weeks and prayed that appropriate directions in this regard may be given.
The learned Additional Central Government Standing Counsel states that if such representation is made, same would be considered on its own merits at the earliest.
