3. The petition can be disposed of at the
stage of admission itself as the petitioners
restrict the relief sought in the petition to
prayer clause (b) which reads as under:

"that this Hon’ble Court be pleased to
issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other
appropriate writ, order or direction in the
nature of Writ of Mandamus under Article
226 of the Constitution of India, ordering
and directing Respondent no.2 to decide the
Revision Application - Ex.G to the
Petition, expeditiously within time bound
Schedule with such further directions as
this Hon’ble Court deems fit."
4. It is the grievance of the petitioners that
though the revision application is pending with the
State Government for more than 2 1/2 years, the
same is not yet decided. We expect the respondent
State to dispose of the revision within a period of
3 months from the date of communication of this
order by the petitioners to the competent authority
before whom the revision is pending.
5. Petition stands disposed of accordingly
with no order as to costs.
