1. The Learned G.P. after seeking instructions from
the Recovery Officer who is personally present in
court, makes a statement that the Recovery Officer is
forthwith withdrawing the impugned Notice (Exhibit C)
which has been wrongly issued in the name of the
Petitioner. The statement is recorded as an
undertaking given in this court. In view of this
statement, nothing survives in the petition and the
same is dismissed as infructious.
