report. Be that as it may. Since the trial has now begun, it would not be proper to consider contentions of the Petitioners, which are raised in this petition. All questions, therefore, are kept open. The Trial Court to decide
the case as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of six
months on merits and in accordance with law.
