1. Learned Counsel for the respondents submit that the
Deputy Director, Education Department shall look into the
matter afresh uninfluenced by the documents placed on
record. It is stated by the counsel for the petitioner
that the petitioner’s earlier appointment was duly
approved by the competent authority and in fact he has
passed on the relevant documents to the Counsel appearing
for the respondents. In view of the circumstances afore
recorded we dispose of this petition with a direction to
the Deputy Director, Education Department to consider the
case of the petitioner and pass a reasoned order as
expeditiously as possible and in any case not later than
four weeks from today.
