During the course of hearing, learned Counsel
appearing for respondent no.2 has produced the result
of the petitioner in a sealed cover. We have directed
the sealed cover to be opened and the result of the
petitioner is "Allowed To Keep Term".
2. Certain other submissions have been made on behalf
of the respective parties. We do not wish to go into
the merits or otherwise of the contentions raised.
Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner wishes to
withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the
College and the University for seeking appropriate
relief for admission. This petition is dismissed as
withdrawn. Liberty as prayed is granted.

3. We hope that the University and the College shall
consider the case of the petitioner as per law.
4. Result of the petitioner is returned back to the
learned Counsel for respondent no.2.
