 The learned counsel for the respondents waive

 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner
 and the learned counsel for the respondents.

 3. By the petition, the petitioner is seeking a
 limited relief of direction to the Assistant
 Commissioner of Customs - Respondent No.2 herein to
 decide the matter after issuing a show cause notice
 as per order dated 2nd February, 2006.

 4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances
 of the case, the respondent No.2 shall issue a show
 cause notice to the petitioner within a period of two
 weeks from today. The petitioner shall file an
 appropriate reply to the same within a period of two
 weeks thereafter. The respondent No.2 shall decide
 the matter after affording an opportunity of personal
 hearing to the petitioner within a period of four
 weeks thereafter.

 5. Rule is made absolute in terms of this order
 with no order as to costs.
