 . Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and
 learned A.P.P. for the State.

 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that

 though congnisable offence is disclosed Baramati City
 police station has not registered the offence. The
 learned counsel for the petitioner states that in
 terms of section 154(3) of the Code of Criminal
 Procedure a copy of the said complaint has been
 forwarded by him to the S.P., Pune Rural. The said
 complaint is dated 15.5.2007. If such complaint is
 forwarded to S.P., Pune Rural, he is directed to
 consider it and pass appropriate order thereon within
 period of three weeks from the date of receipt of
 this order by him. The learned counsel for the
 petitioner shall supply copy of this order to the
 S.P., Pune Rural alongwith copy of the complaint

 dated 15.5.2007. The petition is disposed of.
