This suo motu petition is concerning the treatment to the animals in the Municipal Zoo at Byculla. Certain press reports led to treating them as a suo motu petition. Those reports were converted into a petition by an earlier Division Bench. Certain directions were given with respect to the treatment to the animals and a report was sought. A report has been filed by the municipal authorities and necessary steps are being taken for adequate facilities to the animals and their proper treatment. In view of the report, there is no reason to
