2. Mr.Jakhade, learned counsel for the
appellants tendered consent terms duly signed by
the parties and submitted that the parties have
amicably settled their dispute in terms of the
consent terms. Appellant Nos.2 and 3 are
present in the court. Appellant No.2 has signed
the consent terms for himself and for appellant
nos.1, 4 and 5 under power of attorney.
Similarly, respondent no.1 is present in the
court and he has signed the consent terms for
himself and for respondent nos.2 to 5 under
power of attorney. The consent terms are taken
on record and marked "X" for identification.
The Statements made in the consent terms and the
undertakings given therein, if any, are
accepted. The second appeal is disposed of in
terms of the consents terms.
