1.Heard Mr.Arvind S. Deshmukh, learned Counsel for
applicant and Smt.Vaishali Shinde, learned A.P.P. for
respondent. Perused praecipe tendered by learned
counsel for applicant in respect of speaking to
minutes.
2.By the present praecipe, learned counsel for
applicant seeks correction in para no.4 sub-para iv of
the order dated 6th October, 2007 in word
"extermination" which should be replaced by corrected

word as "enhancement".
3.The learned counsel also invited my attention to
the order dated 16.12.2005 passed by this Court in
which `notice of enhancement' was issued and same is
discharged in the order dated 6th October, 2007 but
wrongly stated as "extermination" instead of
"enhancement".
4.It is apparent that by order dated 16.12.2005
`notice of enhancement' was issued and same was
discharged by order dated 6th October, 2007, and
therefore, in para No.4 sub-para iv of the order dated
6th October, 2007, the word `extermination' be deleted
and same is replaced by word `enhancement' and said
word be rectified and be read accordingly.
