| Udgir has prayed for extension of 4 months | |
| time to dispose of Sessions Case No.27/2009 | |
| vide letter of request dated 01/04/2010. The | |
| contents therein shows that even though on | |
| earlier 6 occasions, extension was granted to | |
| dispose of the trial, liberal adjournments are | |
| granted by the concerned Judge to learned | |
| APP as well as to the defence advocates, | |
| which resulted in this application for | |
| extension of time, which require to be | |
| deprecated. But considering the fact that the | |
| trial is still pending, in the interest of justice, | |
| last chance is granted to dispose of the trial | |
| by the end of June 2010 and to explain as to | |
| why, in spite of extension of time earlier on 6 | |
| occasions, the trial was not concluded. |

Learned Additional Sessions Judge, Udgir to take the note of the fact that if the trial is not concluded within the stipulated time granted, this will be taken in his confidential report. Time is extended till 30/06/2010. Copy of this order be sent to the concerned Judge by fax.
