2.The respondent-husband has impugned the
interim order passed by the Family Court in favour of
the wife and child awarding maintenance in the sum of
Rs, 3000/- to the applicant-wife and Rs. 2500/- per
month to the minor son from the date of the
application. We have gone through the impugned order
and find that there is no error or illegality
committed by the learned Judge of Family Court in
awarding interim maintenance. The petition itself to
take long time for adjudication. On the other hand,
this Court is of prima facie view, that the interim
maintenance is on lower side and cannot be said to be

unreasonable. Therefore, we do not find any merit in
the revision application and the same is dismissed.
