On going through the reply filed on behalf of
the Chief Officer, Jaisingpur Municipal Council District Kolhapur, we have prima facie satisfied that no public interse is involved in the matter. Further there is lot of interested dispute pending between the persons, who have taken plots in the lay out which has been regularised under the Maharasthra Gunthewari Developments (Regularisation Upgradation and Control) Act, 2001, which is in the nature of civil suits, writ petitions and so on. Further the matter involves disputed questions of fact regarding and pertaining to
the private lay out and therefore, the petition stands
dismissed.
