some time, the counsel for the defendants sought
liberty to withdraw this motion with liberty to
pursue appropriate remedy as may be permissible
by law against the decision of the Deputy
Director, Land Records, Konkan Region, Mumbai in
Appeal No.642 of 2003. Accordingly, the motion
is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed
for. All questions are left open.
