19. Although counsel for the defendant Nos. 1 to 16
has opposed this application, for the reasons
mentioned in the affidavit in support of the Motion,
being sufficient cause, in the interest of justice,
the plaintiffs deserve relief in terms of prayer
clause (a). That however, is on condition that the
plaintiff shall pay costs quantified at Rs.2,500/- to
the High Court Legal Services Committee within one
week from today. Payment of costs is condition
precedent for grant of this indulgence.

2. It is made clear that this order is not an
expression of opinion in relation to the alleged
improper conduct of the former advocate on record.
