on record and marked ‘X’.
2. Mr.Anil Rathod, the Authorised Officer of
the Defendants is personally present in Court. He
reiterates the position that the matter has been
amicably settled.
3. Accordingly, Suit as well as all
derivative proceedings pending between the parties
are disposed of in terms of Consent Terms.
