When the matter was listed on 22nd June, 2007, none appeared for the defendants. By way of abandoned precautions, the plaintiffs' advocate was called upon to inform the defendants about the two days hearing of the motion. Even today, none appears for the defendants. No reply has been filed to oppose this motion inspite of the opportunity given to the defendants.
