The CIT granted approval on 4-5-2005. The only
statement made thereafter is that the matter was
attended diligently. There is no explanation for
the delay between 4-5-2005 and 8-2-2006.
2. Considering the cause shown, the same would
not amount to sufficient cause. Hence, the notice
of motion is dismissed.
