. The learned counsel for the appellant submits
that the appeal can be disposed of as the grievance of
the appellant has been resolved. The only question
which is left is relating to payment of maintenance and
though the appellant has a remedy to get the order
executed for the purpose of maintenance, the learned
counsel for the respondent submits that within two
weeks time all arrears of maintenance will be cleared
and the respondent will take all necessary precaution
that maintenance as granted would be paid regularly.

In view of this, nothing survives in the appeal and the
same is disposed of as settled out of Court. No order
as to costs.
2. In view of the disposal of the appeal, nothing
survives in the civil application. The same is
dismissed as infructuous.
