1.It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the
appellant that the parties are working out the
settlement and the minutes of the settlement have
already been tendered before the Family Court. In view
of the same, the Court may direct the Family Court to
consider the minutes of settlement arrived at between
the parties and pass appropriate Orders, thereby

disposing of all the matrimonial disputes between the
parties pending before it.

2.We, therefore, dispose of this LPA with
direction to the Family Court to dispose of all the
matrimonial disputes pending before it between the
parties in accordance with the consent terms/ minutes of
settlement entered into between the parties, as
expeditiously as possible.

3.The learned Counsel for the parties assure this
Court that they will co-operate with the Family Court to
dispose of all the matrimonial disputes pending between
the parties, as expeditiously as possible.

4.In view of disposal of the LPA itself, the C.A
does not survive and the same stands disposed of

accordingly.
