Appellant was directed to file compilation
of documents. The time was thereafter
extended by this court. Thereafter, till
today compilation is not filed. Time of
four weeks is granted as a last chance to
file compilation by way of indulgence
subject to condition that the Appellant will
pay donation of Rs.5,000/- to the
Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority
within period of four weeks from today. If
compilation is not filed within period of
four weeks from today, Appeal will stand
dismissed for want of prosecution. If
compilation is filed, office will place the
Appeal on board on 13th February, 2007.
