Read the submission by the Registry. The amount along with accrued interest lying with the Registry be transmitted to the M.A.C.T. Bhandara in C.P. No.8/1991 forthwith. On receipt of the said amount the Tribunal shall proceed to disburse the amount to the claimant, as far as possible in terms of the award. For that the Tribunal shall cause notices to be served upon the claimant. Process of disbursement of the amount shall be completed within three months from the date of receipt of this order.
