affidavit, Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms
of prayer clause (a) and (b). The Applicants are
allowed to be substituted in place of the
Appellants.
4. Amendment to be carried out within a period
of two weeks from today.
5. Leave to amend the title of Notice of Motion
No.6 of 2007 also, in terms of the above, is
granted. Notice of Motion No.6 of 2007 be placed on
board on 14th February, 2007.
