will deposit with the Respondent No.3 - Deputy
Commissioner of Customs, a sum of Rs.18,59,893/- within
a period of two weeks from today.
2. It is made clear that the aforesaid deposit which is
to be made by the Petitioner with the Respondent No.3,
will be subject to the final outcome of this Petition.
3. Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
