Petitioner has applied for bringing heirs of deceased
petitioner No.16 on record. Copy of the death
certificate is also produced. In view of this, Civil
Application is granted in terms of prayer clause A and B
which read thus:
"A) That this Honourable Court be pleased
to bring the legal heirs of deceased
petitioner No.16 viz. Shri Balaso Dnayanu
Jadhav, as per the details given in paragraph
No.4 of the memo of this Civil Application.

B) That this Honourable Court be pleased
to condone the delay, of about 1 year and 8
months if any, in filing the present Civil
Application.
