1. The appellants - original
plaintiffs’ suit for maintenance
was partly allowed. Therefore,
the present appeal, however, the
same was dismissed for want of
prosecution.

2. Therefore, this application
for restoration/ recalling the
order dated 5th June, 2006 and
13/08/2006. The appellants have
filed affidavit of service.

3. Taking the note of averments
made a sufficient cause has been
shown. Therefore, the
application is allowed in terms
of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

4. The matter be listed for
admission subject to removing the
office objection within six
weeks. Appeal be listed for
admission, accordingly, after due
registration, after six weeks.
