Time to deposit the amount in terms of
ad-interim order dated 23rd July, 2004 is
extended by a period of four weeks from
today. If compliance is not made,
ad-interim stay will stand vacated without
further reference to the court. Ad-interim
order dated 23rd July, 2004 will continue to
operate as interim order. As and when
amount is deposited, the reference court
will invest the said amount in fixed deposit
in any nationalised bank initially for a
period of three years and thereafter fixed
deposit shall be renewed from year to year
till the disposal of the Appeal.
