1.The affidavit filed on behalf of the
respondent No.1 is taken on record. The learned
Advocate appearing for the applicant on instructions
has stated that the applicant is agreeable what has
been proposed in para 5 of the affidavit subject to
the modification regarding timing which shall be from
3 p.m. to 6 p.m.

2.Accordingly, the respondents are directed to
allow the applicant to meet child Huda on 1st and 3rd
Saturday of every month in the Family Court, Children
Complex Mumbai between 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
