accused for transferring them from Nashik Road
Prison, Nashik to Arthur Road Prison, Mumbai so
that their family members can see them. The
family members of convict Sriniwas Munnaswami
Naidu include mainly his mother who is 62 years

of age. Nashik is not a place far away from
Mumbai and the people from Mumbai can visit
Nashik. There is no merit in this application.
It is rejected.
