 1. This is an application for bail filed by
 applicant/original accused No.12. Other accused
 viz. Accused Nos.4,5,10,15,17,20,21, and 23 are
 granted bail by the Division Bench of this Court
 by an order dated 20th September 2006. We had
 asked the learned APP to verify whether the case
 of applicant/accused No.12 is on parity with
 those accused to whom the bail was granted by the
 aforesaid order. Today he states that he

 verified the record and the case of the present
 applicant/accused No.12 is similar to that of
 those who are released on bail. In view of this
 statement, this application is required to be
 allowed on the same conditions. Hence the
 following order:-

 Application is allowed.

 Applicant/accused No.12 be released on
 bail, provided he gives an undertaking in
 writing to the concerned Police Station
 that he will not enter the precincts of
 Raigad District without prior permission
 of this Court, at least for a period of
 two years.

 The applicant/accused No.12 be released
 on bail on furnishing solvent security to
 the satisfaction of the trial Court in
 the sum of Rs.20,000/- with two sureties
 in the like amount.
