1. Heard Advocates for the parties. The
learned Advocate for the Applicant states
that till today the Applicant has complied
with the condition imposed by this court
while granting bail by order dated 30th
August 2006. Statement is accepted.

2. The prayer in this application is for
relaxation of the said condition regarding
attendance. In view of the averments made
in paragraph 3 of the application and in
view of the aforesaid statement regarding
compliance with earlier condition, the

condition of attendance will have
to be relaxed and the

applicant can be directed to report the
concerned police station once in every six
months.

3. Hence, the application is disposed of
by passing the following order :

i) The condition imposed by this court in
paragraph (3) of the order dated 30th
August 2006 is modified and the Applicant
is directed to report to the Ambernath
Police Station once in every six months
till the disposal of the Appeal.
