2. The Appellant / Accused was directed to
surrender within eight weeks when the Appeal of the
State was allowed partly by our Judgment dated
4.5.2007. Advocate for the Appellant/ Accused
states that nobody represented the accused at the
time of final hearing and further that the vacation
of the Supreme Court is going on, he therefore prays

that the appellant/ accused be granted extension of
time to surrender, by two weeks.
3. Looking to the circumstances, time to
surrender is extended by two weeks from 28.6.2007.
Application disposed of accordingly.
