. This is an application by the accused appellant
for extension of parole in order to enable him to attend
a surgery of his father. We had called upon the learned
APP to verify whether the surgery is required as per the
Certificate 12. Dr.Ramesh Maknikar from J.J. Hospital
is present. He states that the information is given by
a Physician and a Urologist’s opinion is necessary.
However, the patient is at Akluj and the surgery is to
be undertaken at Akluj. It may be that at Akluj, a
Urologist may not be present.
2. The learned Advocate for the appellant states
that the date of surgery is 6th July, 2007 and,
therefore, in view of the circumstances, the parole of
the accused is extended from today to 10th July, 2007.

The accused appellant should attend the Akluj police
station once every alternate day between 5 pm and 6 pm.
3. Criminal Application is disposed of accordingly.
