 1. Heard. Perused the record pertaining to
 the evidence in the matter, particularly, the
 testimony of eye witness PW-3 Rahmat.

 2. In the facts and circumstances of the case

¶15

prima facie case is made out for grant of bail
 to the applicants herein. Taking into
 consideration the conviction under Section 302
 read with 34 of IPC, however, grant of bail has
 to be conditional one.

 3. The applicants are ordered to be released

 on bail on execution of personal bond in the sum
 of Rs.50,000/- (Rs.Fifty Thousand Only) each
 with one or two sureties to the satisfaction of
 the Sessions Court in the like amount for each
 of the applicants. Further that the applicants
 shall report to Dharavi Police Station on first
 Monday of each month and shall furnish their
 residential address/es to the Station Officer of
 Dharavi Police Station and shall not change the
 said address without prior intimation regarding
 the change therein. The applicants shall not
 leave the country without prior permission of
 this Court till disposal of the Appeal. Xerox
 copies of the bonds executed by the applicants
 and the sureties before the Sessions Court,
 shall be forwarded to this Court for the record
 in the Appeal.
